Travellers visit Hua Hin for many reasons, including the golf and water sports. While there though, it is worth checking out some of the key sites around Hua Hin. First up is Klai Kangwon Palace, the residence of the King of Thailand. Of course you would need an invitation to go there, so why not visit Maruekayawan Palace, a beautiful teak wood house, the home of former King Rama VI.

Also worth a visit is Khao Hin Lek Fai, the flintstone hill that overlooks Hua Hin and allows great views, and at the southern end of Hua Hin beach, there is Khao Takiab, the headland jutting out into the sea.
