Bang Thao Beach

Bang Thao is one of Phuket's major beaches, home to the famous Laguna Phuket, 6 massive luxury resorts. The beach is 6km long, and contrasts in its length. To the north are a few more reserved exclusive hotels. In the middle,the large lagoons nearly meet the ocean, and built around the lagoons are the most spectacular resorts. To the southern end is more of a traditional village feel at Chern Talay.

How to get to Bang Thao Beach

The best way to get to Bang Thao Beach is down Don Jom Tao road, which leaves the main Thep Krasattri road at Tha Lang. Numerous lanes leave Don Jom Tao leading down to the beach.
